Josh James Brolin is an American actor and he was nominated as an Academy Award as an American actor.He has acted in theater ,film and television roles since the year 1985 and he won acting awards for his roles in the films No Country for Old Men which is a thriller film and for the movie Milk.
Brolin was born on February 12,1968 in Los Angeles,California,US.At present his age is 41.His nickname was “Dirty” He was the son of Jane Cameron Agee who was a wildlife activists and native of Corpus Christi ,Texas and actor James Brolin.James Brolin is an American actor ,as well as director. Brolin was raised on California ranch with little exposure to his father’s acting career. When Brolin was 18 years old his parents divorced and his stepmother by his father’s current marriage is singer and actress Barbra Streisand .He was very interested in acting after taking an improv class in high school.
Brolin has been married since August 15th ,2004 to actress Diane Lane who was an American actress .Brolin has two children ,Trevor Mansur born on 26th June 1988 and Eden 1994 from previous marriage to actress Alice Adair.On December 20th ,2004 Lane approach the police after an altercation with Brolin and he was arrested on a Criminal act. Lane informed to press that the couple’s spokesperson characterized the incident as a misunderstanding.
On July 12,2008 Brolin was arrested along with actor Jeffrey Wright and five other members who are acted in the movie W., .Brolin was released after posting a cash bond of $334 in US . Of his arrest ,Brolin told a reporter that it was nice to be in the jail even though knowing that I had not done anything wrong .Later he endorsed Barack Obama during the 2008 election.
