Christmas day is the birth day of Jesus of Nazareth. This holy day is celebrated on December 25. Christmas is also called as Christ’s mass, Nativity, Yuletide, Noel, Winter Pascha. Christmas is celebrated by Christians and many non-Christians. There are many popular customs including gift giving, music, an exchange of greeting cards, church celebrations, a special meal, and the display of various decorations.

The father of Christmas Santa Claus is a popular mythological personality who brings the wonderful gifts for children. The exact meaning of Christmas is “Christ’s Mass”. The letter “X” is the first letter of Christ. So, Xmas is used as an abbreviation for Christmas.

According to the Bible, Mary and Joseph were Jesus’s parents. Jesus Christ was born in the city of Bethlehem.
