A tsunami is a series of water waves. This is caused by the displacement of a large volume of a body of water, such as an ocean. This wave is also known as harbor wave. Mostly, Tsunamis occurred in Japan. Approximately, 195 events have been recorded in Japan. There are many reasons to generate a tsunami, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, underwater explosions, landslides and other mass movements, bolide impacts, and other disturbances above or below water.
