The Landlord (film)

The movie The Landlord is a short comedy film directed by Adam Mckay and written by Ferrell and Mckay released in the year 2007. John William Ferrell is an American comedian actor ,voice actor and also a writer acted in this movie.In this film Ferrell’s character is harassed by his owner for overdue rent money. His owner is a two years old girl who wears a princess dress and she argues every time at her tenant and finally if the the tenant offer a beer she will happily take  it and went away.

This film was released on April 17th ,2007 on Ferrell and Mckay’s video website , Funny or Die .This is the comedy video founded by Will Ferrell and Adam Mckay’s production company. Since the video has been watched more than 60 million times, it was named “Chosen one” because the Funny or Die members couldn’t rate this film.

For the movie Good cop and Baby Cop Pearl McKay and Will ferrell reuited in which Mckay played a role of police officer who force Ferrell to sign a confession in June 2007 .And this was announced to be Pearl McKay’s final performance.
In 2007 The Landlord “Most Viral Video received “Guy’s Choice Awards”presented by Spike TV.

Joey Heatherton is a multi talented actress. She is a singer, dancer and is also a famous actress. She became popular in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. Her full name is Davenie Johanna Heatherton.

EARLY LIFE:

Her native was Long Island village of Rockville Centre, a suburb of New York. She was born on 14th September 1944. While she was staying there she used to attend St. Agnes Cathedral School, a cathedral grade and high school. Her father Ray Heatherton was a Broadway star and television pioneer.

CAREER:

She made her exposure as a child actress and became famous national wide in 1959 as a semi-regular on The Perry Como Show as a teenager. She was invited to perform numerous times on TV variety show. She also hosted musical comedy show along with Frank Sinatra, Jr. She also appeared in variety shows such as The Andy Williams Show, The Hollywood Palace, The Ed Sullivan show and This is Tom Jones. She first appeared on the television along with her father in the show “The Merry Mailman”, a popular children’s show in New York.

ACTING CAREER:

She continued her show appearances with dramatic turns in three theatrical films and on numerous episodes of series such as “Route 66, Mr. Novak, Channing, Arrest and Trial, The Nurses, and Breaking Point”. She acted in three main films “Twilight of Honor, Where Love has Gone and My Blood Runs Cold”. The three films involve murder in her character. In these films Where Love has Gone was the only color film.

She made a hit in the year 1972 through her song Gone of Ferlin Husky. Her career slowed down by 1970’s and she started doing TV ads for RC Cola and Serta Mattresses. Later she performed in Las Vegas and in TV shows and Films. In April 1997, she appeared nude in an issue of Playboy. She recently acted in Reflections of Evil in the year 2002.

She got married to Lance Rentzel in the year 1969. In 1970 he was arrested for indecent exposure in front of a 10- year girl. They separated and got divorced after that in 1972.

Goa is the India’s smallest state in area wise, and fourth smallest state in population wise. Goa is located on the west coast of India in the region known as the Konkan. Panaji is the Goa’s capital. Vasco de Gama is the largest city in the Goa state. Many number of tourists visit Goa City every year. Beaches, places of worship and world heritage architecture are very famous in Goa.

The name Goa came from European languages. Goa was known by various names such as Gomanta, Gomanchala, Gopakapattam, Gopakapuri, Govapuri, Govem, and Gomantak. In 1312, Delhi Sultanate was ruled Goa. The total area of Goa is 3,702 km². It lies between the latitudes 14º53’54” N and 15º40’00” N and longitudes 73º40’33” E and 74º20’13” E. Goa’s famous rivers are Mandovi, Zuari, Terekhol, Chapora river and Sal.

Dabolim Airport is very famous in Goa and it is serviced by the following carriers i.e. Air India, Indian Airlines, Kingfisher Airlines, Go Air, SpiceJet, Jet Airways. The Goa population is 1.344 million. Goa is an excellent tourism sport.

Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby is a comedy film about Nascar racing of 2006 United states. The director of the film is Adam McKay. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay were the co-writers of the film. The film stars John C. Reilly, Sacha Baron Cohen, Michael Clarke Duncan, Leslie Bibb, Amy Adams, Gary Cole and Jane Lynch. The racetrack scenes at Texas Motor Speed way were shot at Lowe’s Motor Speed way in Concord, North Carolina using a Porsche Cayenne outfitted with camera mounts on all four corners of the car.

PLOT:

This story mainly revolves around the character Ricky Bobby who was born to “go fast”. He was born in the back seat of his father’s car, and was raised solely by his mother, Lucy Bobby. He becomes the top racer of the NASCAR and wins fame. During this journey he also meets his future wife, Carley. He also brings his friend Cal as the second driver of the team.

Later on he faces challenge from French Formula One driver, Jean Girard. He looses the game. Due to this, his wife Carley gets a divorce from him and marries Cal. After that he moves along with his two sons to his mother’s house working as a pizza delivery boy. He then gets trained at his father and regains his power. He reenters in to the racing world through Talladega 500 with the help of Susan. But he again looses the race. Now, he again repairs his friendship with Cal and reunites with his family.

The film got $47,042,215 in its first week, becoming the top at the box office. The film is now rated 73% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Kavya Madhavan is an Malayalam fim actress and also she was an award winner for many films. kavya Madhavan was born on September 19,1984 in the village of Nieshwaram in Kasargod district , Kerala ,India .Her father is P.Madhavan and mother Shyamala .She did her schooling at Nileswaram Rajas high School.

kavya Madhavan begin her film career as a baby artist in Mammootty’s film Azhagia Ravanan and also her most recent release was also with Mammootty in “Pattanathil Bhootam”. She appeared in Kamal’s film Pookalam Varayayi in the year 1991. Her talent was soon recognized and she was offered to take other projects too as a child artist.

When she was in ninth standard she got an offer to act as a heroin in the film Chandanudikkunna Dikkil directed by Lal Jose. And the movie became a super hit and also she became a very popular with her first movie. After her leading role she became popular in the Malayalam film industry and she was successful in winning a place for herself in people’s heart .She became the busiest female star in Malayalam.Her last film Meesa Madhavan was a record collection in malayalam film industry.

She has also acted in few Tamil films and the film Kasi was her first film in Tamil Industry which became a successul film. And she didn’t accept the tamil roles because she was not interested exposing and also because of skin revealing dresses .
