It involves a case in courtroom where the woman’s ex-husband demands the custody of their daughter. He says that the welfare of the child is in risk because she married a black man. The film was pictured in Painesville, Ohio, the county seat of Lake County just east of Cleveland. In the beginning of the movie, you can see the shots in downtown Painesville, in the background the soldiers Monument with the Administration Building. Then at the last comes the Lake County Court house.
